Often we are placed in the situation of having to remember every item in our homes, a tough position to find yourself in at the best of times. It becomes much harder in times of stress, such as after the trauma of seeing one’s house and possessions destroyed or heavily damaged in a fire. NGCLLC (ngcllc.com) is a licensed and insured Virginia company with offices in Annandale and Toms Brook, Virginia and we offer a unique service. We will come to your home and do a digital video of your home and the everyday items that are so easy to forget. Every room is recorded on digital tape and then transferred to a DVD with titles identifying each room and real time video of the items contained therein. Any specialty items, such as collectables are displayed in high resolution digital format and preserved on CD disks. An added service is scanned, high resolution, images of warranties and any other paper items one would want preserved. These too are recorded on CD. All of the recorded information (including the original tape) is then returned to you in a folder so it can be placed in a secure location of your choice. We often suggest the DVD/CDs are delivered to your homeowner’s insurance company for safe storage in your personal files there. Pricing is based on home size. The average size home video inventory will average 200.00. Re-inventory in one year is one half of the cost if the original digital tape is available from the homeowner. Price includes all processing and materials. |
